The Barge is a ship featured in Crimson Skies. They are simple tug boats pulling a large barge behind them loaded with boxes. The ships are slow, and likely used for moving equipment around the Colossal Pictures Movie Studio. Studio Security attempt to use the barges to stop the progress of the Spruce Goose as it is in the process of being stolen by the Fortune Hunters.[1] They try to use four barges to stop the plane escaping to open waters and taking off by driving the barges in front of it. However, Nathan Zachary destroys the barges, allowing the Spruce Goose to successfully take off.

- The barges are very flimsy so nearly anything will destroy them. High Explosive rockets will do the job, however high-explosive rounds from guns will also make short work of them, as will Flak rockets.
